Lois R. Hardesty and was opened in conjunction with
J.M. Collier, Attorney. Lois has 30 years experience
in the real estate and title industry, and Mr. Collier
began practicing law in Elizabethtown, Kentucky in 1956.

Collier Title has handled many large commercial transactions. To date our largest project has been an $18,000,000.00 mall project.

Our office routinely closes single-family FHA, VA, and Conventional loans in Hardin County. For a slightly higher fee we service the surrounding counties of Bullitt, Breckinridge, Grayson, Hart, LaRue, Meade, and Nelson for many national and local lending institutions.
